Overview. This website is operated by Little Global Citizens. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Global Citizens. Little Global Citizens offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.

Service Overview

The Service is a subscription-based gift box service for children between the ages of three (3) and eight (8) years of age.
Payment and Shipping. The Service is mailed to recipients on a bimonthly basis, with the boxes being mailed by the 1st of every other month (the “Shipping Date”). When you subscribe to the Service, you will create an account on our website. Your account will be charged on the 11th of the month prior to the Shipping Date. You may manage your account online at www.little-global-citizens.com/customer/login.
Shipping. Standard shipping fees are calculated in accordance with USPS rates and are communicated at the time of purpose. Standard shipping fees at subject to change at any time with no prior notice.
Cancellation. If you wish to suspend or cancel your subscription to the Service at any time, simply log in to your account no later than 5pm est the 10th of the month prior to the Shipping Date (the “Cancellation Date”) to notify us that you wish to suspend or cancel the Service. You will not be charged on 11th if your cancellation is registered by 5pm est on 10th of the month prior to Shipping Date. If you do not notify us that you wish to suspend or cancel your subscription to the by the Cancellation Date, the subscription box will be mailed out.
Refusal of Service. We may refuse the Service to anyone for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.

Privacy

Privacy. Your information may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices; provided, however, that your credit card information will always be encrypted during transfer over networks. User Comments. If at any time, for any reason, you send us comments, ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (“Comments”), you agree that we may, in our sole discretion, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium your Comments. We shall have no obligation to maintain Comments in confidence, pay compensation for Comments, or respond to Comments.
You agree that your Comments will not knowingly violate any right of any third-party, nor will your Comments knowingly contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or computer virus or other malware. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of Comments. You are solely responsible for your Comments. We assume no responsibility or liability for any Comments.
We may, in our sole discretion, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that which violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Social Media Policy. By tagging us on social media with any image, you hereby consent to our use of and reproduction of your image for our own marketing purposes, which such use may include (but is not limited to) reproducing the image on any social media platform or our website.
Accuracy of Information. While we make every effort to keep information on our site accurate, complete, and current, there are times when information on our site may not be accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible if such information is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information and reference purposes only, and it should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting other sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Service

The Service and any contents contained therein are solely intended to provide recipients with overview insight and education with respect to various cultures and countries. All information, character representations and ideas presented through the Service are fictional and not intended to represent our views of any culture or country.

If the Service is discontinued for any reason, you will no longer be charged for the Service. Prices for our Service are subject to change without notice. Any offer for the Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit the Service to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Variations in the Service. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities. Colors or details of the products in the Service may broadly. Additionally, we have made reasonable efforts to accurately display the colors and images of our products that may be included in the Service. However, we are unable to guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately represent any product’s true color or appearance. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Returns. We do not accept full or partial returns.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products you can email support@little-global-citizens within two (2) weeks of shipment as shown by our carrier’s shipping documentation. Refunds or replacements are made solely at the discretion of Little Global Citizens.
Taxes. Little Global Citizens charges for any taxes we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Listed prices do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. Purchaser is solely responsible for the payment of appropriate taxes related to their own purchase.
Third-Party Tools. Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (“Third-Party Tools”). We do not monitor or exercise control or input over Third-Party Tools, nor do we make any representation over the content or accuracy of Third-Party Tools. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of Third-Party Tools. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to Third-Party Tools without any warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement of Third-Party Tools. Your use of and access to Third-Party Tools remains at all times entirely at your own risk and discretion. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding Third-Party Tools should be directed to the third-party.

Section 2. User Obligations

Age of Majority. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Limitations on Use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express prior written permission by us.
No Illegal Use. You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any applicable federal, state or local laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Data Security. You may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Accuracy of Your Information. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Service. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If your account information is incomplete or inaccurate, we reserve the right to deny the Service.
Violations. Your violation of any of these Terms may result in an immediate termination of the Service in our sole discretion.

Section 3: Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

By using the Service, whether as a purchaser of the Service or a gift recipient of the Service, you hereby agree that you have read this section in its entirety and understand and agree with the following:
The Service is designed for children between the ages of three (3) and eight (8) years old. The Service is NOT designed for children under the age of three (3) years old. The Service may contain small parts, pieces or toys that may present a choking hazard for children under the age of three (3) years old. The Service may include various mediums and/or materials that may be hazardous to children of all ages. We will include reasonable safety warnings in our sole discretion, as applicable. In signing up for, and permitting your child to use the Service, you hereby certify that you have read and understand both this section of these Terms and Conditions and any additional relevant warnings, and that you will at all times closely monitor your child’s use of the Service to ensure his or her safety. We shall, under no circumstances, be held responsible or liable in any way to you or any third party for any adverse results, damages, or consequences associated with any use of the Service, including but not limited to injury or death that arises as a result of use of the Service. You hereby acknowledge and agree that, at all times during the use of the Service, you are responsible for appropriate use of the Service and for the safe monitoring of any child using the Service. Your use of the Service, including your child or any minor child under your watch, is at all times entirely voluntarily and at your exclusive risk and discretion. All products and materials provided to you through your use of the Service are provided as-is, and with no express or implied warranty for fitness of service, fitness for a particular use, quality, or other suitability.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Little Global Citizens and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination. These Terms of Service remain effective until your use of the Services terminates for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your use of the Services at any time without notice. When your use of the Services terminates or any reason, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services or any part thereof.
Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service constitute our entire agreement and understanding with respect to your use of the Service. These Terms of Service supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Headings. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms of Service and the Services provided hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Amendments. Any service or feature offered through our website, now or at any time in the future, is subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes to the Terms of Service.
This website is is controlled and offered by Little Global Citizens from the United States of America. Little Global Citizens does not ascertain that the site is appropriate for use in other locations. By using the site or by using our products and materials in other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.
